The client bought this house because of its location. But it was clear it was in need of some renovation and TLC. The first phase was to turn it into a 4 bedroom property by extending above the existing garage with an additional bedroom at the back and an en-suite and walk in dressing room for the Master bedroom at the front.
The second phase was to turn the downstairs into a more modern living/entertaining space with a large open plan living area looking out onto the mature rear garden. This was achieved by taking out a large proportion of the back of the house and extending out by 4 metres across the back of the property, to give the clients a larger kitchen with open plan dining area and a room partitioned off here the children could play, the perfect family home.
