Scheme
Design
Once we’ve sat down to discuss your proposals and formed a brief. We will work with you to develop design proposals for your project. This will include Floor Plans, Elevations and Sections together with 3D visualisations of your project.
Planning Permission
With an agreed design we’ll submit an application to your local Authority. This usually takes between 8-10 weeks for most projects to receive a decision. During this stage we’ll also put you in touch with local builders to start to obtain quotes for the work, so you can budget for your project.
Detailed Design and Building Regs
Once Planning permission has been received we’ll start preparing the construction drawings. These drawings are much more detailed and specify materials and details for the builder to build from.
