Tamworth Street, Duffield

Project Details:

The clients fell in love with this charming cottage and its location, but the layout and small kitchen didn’t suit their needs when friends & family came round to visit. We looked closely at the plans and it was so important to retain the character and feel of the cottage, but open up the back with a contemporary extension for open plan kitchen/dining.

Using the 3D software I was able to show them what the extension would look like using different materials which suitably blended with the existing, but using contemporary details to give it some character of its own. The results looked great and we now have very happy clients enjoying this wonderful cottage.
