The client here wanted to completely transform this tired and dated bungalow into a modern and contemporary home for them to enjoy their retirement and have enough open plan space to entertain when friends & family came round.

We wanted to make sure that the main spaces for this were at the back of the property, to take advantage of the mature garden and because of the investment not a single internal wall was untouched to give the client exactly the spaces and flow they wanted. The 3D Visualisations and walkthrough were so important here as the client struggled to visualise what the design would look like on paper, we were able to guide them through their extension in virtual reality before the plans had been submitted and a builder was appointed.

To hear them say it’s exactly how they’d visualised it now they’ve been living in their new home for over a year, is testament to this and the good relationship we built during the process.
