The client saw the potential in this 1930’s 3 bedroomed semi-detached house on a corner plot to extend and convert it into a generously sized 4 bedroomed family home.

One of the main selling points of this property were it’s views looking out onto open countryside and from the outset we aimed to maximise this in the design of the extension.

With the kitchen and dining area being at the heart of the design these spaces were moved to the back of the house to take advantage of the views and with a single storey extension at the back with glazed lantern this formed a more cosy snug area for the family to sit down and look out over the garden.
